Minimal Wellness — Order Terms & Policy
1) Order confirmation
Order is confirmed only after payment is marked Paid/Confirmed.
2) Pricing & promotions
Prices/bundles/promos may change without notice and are subject to stock. Listing errors may be cancelled with refund.
3) Stock availability
If an item is unavailable, we may replace, refund the item, or cancel & refund the order (with your confirmation where applicable).
4) Delivery & shipping
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, peak periods, address issues, or external factors.
5) Cancellation
Once status is Processing/Packing/Shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
6) Returns & refunds
Only for wrong item, damaged on arrival, or missing items. Request within 48 hours with photo/video proof. Opened consumables may not be eligible unless defective.
7) Customer responsibility
You confirm your cart and delivery details are accurate before ordering.
8) Communication consent
You agree to receive order updates/receipts/support via WhatsApp/Email. No spam; messages relate to orders and (when applicable) education, lifestyle, product explainers, bundles/promos.
9) Fraud prevention
We may reject suspicious/abusive orders or requests that exploit promotions.
10) Acceptance
By checking the box and continuing, you agree to these terms.
Minimal Wellness — 订单条款与政策
1) 订单确认
付款状态显示为已付款/已确认后,订单才算正式成立。
2) 价格与优惠
价格/套装/优惠可能调整且以库存为准。若发生信息错误,我们可取消并退款。
3) 库存
若缺货,我们将与您协调更换/退款缺货商品/取消并退款。
4) 配送
配送为预估时间,可能因快递、旺季、地址问题或不可控因素而延迟。
5) 取消订单
订单进入处理中/打包中/已发货后,可能无法取消。
6) 退换/退款
仅受理发错、到货损坏、缺少商品。请在48小时内提交并提供照片/视频证据。已开封消耗品一般不受理(除非质量问题)。
7) 客户责任
下单前请核对购物车与收件信息准确无误。
8) 通讯同意
您同意通过 WhatsApp/电邮接收订单更新/收据/售后支持。不会骚扰式推送;内容与订单及(适用时)教育/生活方式/产品讲解/套装优惠相关。
9) 防欺诈
对疑似欺诈、滥用优惠的订单,我们有权拒绝或取消。
10) 同意条款
勾选并继续即表示您同意以上条款。
Minimal Wellness — Terma & Polisi Pesanan
1) Pengesahan pesanan
Pesanan sah hanya selepas pembayaran ditanda Paid/Confirmed.
2) Harga & promosi
Harga/bundle/promosi boleh berubah dan tertakluk kepada stok. Jika berlaku ralat senarai/harga, pesanan boleh dibatalkan & refund dibuat.
3) Ketersediaan stok
Jika item tiada stok, kami boleh tawarkan gantian/refund item/batal & refund pesanan (mengikut kes).
4) Penghantaran
Tempoh penghantaran adalah anggaran dan boleh berubah kerana kurier, musim puncak, alamat, atau faktor luar.
5) Pembatalan
Selepas status Processing/Packing/Shipped, pembatalan mungkin tidak dibenarkan.
6) Pemulangan & refund
Hanya jika item salah/rosak/hilang. Mohon dalam 48 jam dengan bukti foto/video. Produk consumable yang telah dibuka biasanya tidak layak kecuali defect.
7) Tanggungjawab pelanggan
Semak cart dan maklumat penghantaran sebelum sahkan pesanan.
8) Kebenaran komunikasi
Anda bersetuju menerima kemas kini pesanan/resit/sokongan melalui WhatsApp/E-mel. Tiada spam; mesej berkaitan pesanan dan (jika berkenaan) pendidikan/gaya hidup/penerangan produk/bundle-promosi.
9) Pencegahan penipuan
Kami berhak menolak pesanan mencurigakan atau penyalahgunaan promosi.
10) Persetujuan
Dengan menanda kotak dan meneruskan, anda bersetuju dengan terma ini.
